About this course.

In this 12 week course you will learn about your cultural self, your cultural self and others, your cultural self and professional spaces and finally how to create safe spaces.

During this course we will be using a range of pedagogies so that you have the best possible learning experience. We will be using 21st century pedagogies and all your learning materials will be student-centred and assessment- based.

You will be asked to complete a range of learning tasks, some will be online, while others will ask you to talk to people in your community or simply observe what is going in your world. All of these tasks have been carefully designed so you will be able to apply your learning to your chosen profession.

For those of you who are external, your learning materials and learning tasks will be exactly the same as those that are internal.

We endeavor to make your learning experience fun, relevant, interesting, interactive and we want us all to create a safe learning community.
What we expect from you....

Complete all learning materials for the chosen week.

Complete all assessment tasks to the best of your ability.

Engage and promote our safe learning community (both online and in person).

Use Netiquette at all times.
What you can expect from us....

Emails answered within 72 hours.

Your assessments to be marked and your results and feedback posted within 3 weeks of submission deadline.

Weekly emails letting you know what you will be doing in that week and where you should be in regards to your assignments.
